AnyCustomBox is not responsible for damages caused to the data provided by its customers. The client must save the original version of the file before sharing it.
Please note that the expiration of the price quote is 30 days from the date of its generation. After this period, the customer should request a custom quote again for his/her project. AnyCustomBox reserves the right to cancel the order due to incorrect price generation by the pricing software. AnyCustomBox is responsible for notifying its customers of incorrect prices before production begins.
The customer can cancel an order in the initial stages. Depending on the status of the order, a fee may be charged. If the order shipment is ready for dispatch, it can't be canceled.
The customer cannot request changes to the artwork, size, or other details once the payment has been made. Because we start creating your order as we receive payment. Thus, it is entirely the customer's responsibility to inform us of the changes before the approval/payment process. AnyCustomBox is not responsible for any changes requested by the customer after approving the proof.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. AnyCustomBox is committed to providing its customers with error-free custom printed boxes. However, sometimes the clients are just not happy with the order they receive. In this case, if the delivered order does not exactly meet the instructions provided by the customer, AnyCustomBox will reproduce and ship the order. There will be no refund. We are not responsible for defects caused by media files sent by the customer. For example, the low resolution of images, font errors, or any other mistakes that the customer did not mention while proof-reading. Also note that there will be a color difference between the digital display and offset printing, so do not compare the digital output with physical print.
The default currency for the price quote is USD. We also generate prices in other currencies on request. AnyCustomBox accepts upfront payments. Production of your order will begin once payment has been made. Customers can pay through several payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfer, PayPal, and check.
AnyCustomBox is allowed to use the images on its website of the boxes they have made. If the client has a problem, he/she can contact us.
AnyCustomBox uses soy-based ink for CMYK and PMS printing modes. If the customer requires fluorescent or metallic ink, there would be an additional charge for this.
